13Google User Data
RookTV offers Sign in with Google as one of its sign-in options, alongside signing in with your phone number or email address. If you choose to sign in with your Google account, RookTV requests only the basic openid, email, and profile scopes. This section explains how we access, use, store, share, and delete the Google user data we receive.
13.1 Data We Access

- Your profile picture
- Your Google account identifier
We do not access any other data in your Google account, such as your contacts, emails, files, photos, or calendar.
13.2 How We Use Google User Data
We use Google user data only to create your RookTV account and to sign you in. Once you are signed in, your account works the same way as an account created with a phone number or email address.
We do not use Google user data for any other purpose. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
13.3 Storage and Protection
Google user data is stored with your RookTV account and is protected by the measures described in Section 5 (Data Security).
13.4 Sharing
We do not sell or rent Google user data. We do not share it with third parties, except with service providers that help us operate the App or when required by law, as described in Section 4 (Data Sharing and Disclosure).
13.5 Retention and Deletion
We keep Google user data only while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time through the App: Me → Settings → Delete Account. When your account is deleted, we delete the Google user data associated with it, unless we are required by law to keep it. You can also request deletion by contacting us at yangsophia714@gmail.com.
You can revoke RookTV’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
13.6 Limited Use Disclosure
RookTV’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
