By accessing or using RookTV (“the App”), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement (“Agreement”).
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
02Description of the Service
RookTV provides video playback features that allow users to:
- Stream videos online
- Download videos for offline playback
- Comment on and rate content
- Manage viewing history and favorites
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
04User Accounts
Some features may require creating an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Be responsible for activities conducted under your account
You may delete your account at any time through the App:
Me → Settings → Delete Account
05User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload, post, or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users
- Attempt to bypass security or content protection measures
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
06Content and Intellectual Property
All content available in the App is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
RookTV does not claim ownership of all content displayed in the App.
Content availability may change due to licensing, legal, or operational reasons.
Users are not granted ownership rights to any content accessed through the App.
07Offline Content
Downloaded or cached content:
- Is for personal use only
- May be subject to access limitations
- May become unavailable if content rights change
08Ratings and Comments
Users may post ratings or comments where permitted.
By submitting content, you grant RookTV a non-exclusive right to display and manage such content within the App.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.
09Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App or user accounts if:
- This Agreement is violated
- Required by law or platform policy
Users may delete their accounts at any time as described above.
10Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any content.
11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RookTV shall not be liable for:
- Content removal or unavailability
- Data loss due to account deletion
- Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, during the applicable period.
12Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
Changes will take effect upon publication with an updated effective date.
13Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws and Google Play platform policies.
